No dear you can't get admission through your rank because your rank is very low that why you are not eligible for it. You have to find out another option dear through which you can take admission in various colleges or university of India like private universities.

VSSUT Sambalpur, Burla offers admission through JEE Main ranks. You will have to qualify JEE Main to be eligible for admissions into the institute. After securing JEE Main ranks, you will have to apply through OJEE for admissions into VSSUT Sambalpur. I have listed the general opening (OR)
