Well i see that you have said that you got 3 lakh rank in ojee and you want to join chemical engineering in vssut burla , but when i saw previous year rankings or say closing ranks in general category then it closed around 2.5 lakh, so considering it i think you have a slight possibility to  get chemical engineering in vssut.

Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla offers a Postgraduate degree of Masters in Computer Applications which is a 2 year course which can be chosen after doing BCA 

The fee structure for the same is Rs. 81,200 per year

Well first of all you have quite a good rank that is 267 in ojee in general categoryand branch rank is 83 . You want to take admission in vir surendra sai universiy of technology. See if i consider previous year closing rank then i can say that there is possibility that you will get a seat in vssut.

No dear you can't get admission through your rank because your rank is very low that why you are not eligible for it. You have to find out another option dear through which you can take admission in various colleges or university of India like private universities.

VSSUT Sambalpur, Burla offers admission through JEE Main ranks. You will have to qualify JEE Main to be eligible for admissions into the institute. After securing JEE Main ranks, you will have to apply through OJEE for admissions into VSSUT Sambalpur. As per my opinion, CET BBSR would be the best option for any kind of graduation as it ensures with quality of placement if you are good at your talents.Coming to placement part , CET BBSR has its own image . It won’t let u down be whatever the year . College will give you placement facilities at its best at its best . It all depends upon you how you crack the placement part.
