No i dont think so because BURLA is a well reputed college and the cutt off is very high. But you can definitely get lower branches in BURLA and please appear for the sp[ecial examinations conducted by BPUT for direct entry . You can also apply in CET

Admission is based on marks obtained in

5 years Integrated M.Sc course at Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology is not a Self finance course. It has Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics Departments but none of them is a self financed course. there is high chances as you have reservation category. your categorical will make you eligible for many college options.

rank cutoff for different streams are not available for VSSUT  and CET. you have to wait till counselling when the colleges will release the cutoff list for each round.
