You can write a application to your college regarding the change of the college. If they approve you can send that application to the college in which you want to take admission if  they approve you can change

Admission to B.Arch courses are  generally done based on any of the following two exams - JEE Main (Paper 2) and NATA scores. 

So, if your daugher is admitted based on JEE Main scores, there is no need to take NATA.

I guess you cannot because since you have undergone the process of document verification for that particular college then certainly you would have paid so amount so it might not be possible. Still, try to mail the authority and ask about this.
