Infrastructure is decent. Hostels vary accordingly from block to block. Hostel are allotted based on your cgpa and branch. College building is a decent one. Buildings have been divided acc to the branch.

Research is given high priority. There are many courses which you need to complete which are not compulsory in other colleges. Some subjects which aren't required by a specific bench person are not allotted to them. But FFCS is both a good and bad thing depending on your luck.

Vit is known for it's placements. Good companies come.If you are from IT or CSE branch you have high probability of getting placed in a good company. That is what people join VIT for. A better future.

It is expensive especially the mess and hostel. Mess rates are increasing each year significantly. It is not cost effective. The food mark is an amazing concept and makes you feel at home and enjoy food.

Restrictions are a part of college life. You will lack experience of many things due to this. You are not allowed to go out after 7. Girls have a long list of restrictions which makes a person feel chained.

It is decent choice keeping future in mind. You can come here if your main motive is learning and a better future. All the best for your future and hope this has helped you to choose among the bunch of colleges you have.

The college infrastructure is outstanding. The campus is very beautiful and clean.It has all the necessary facilities.The laboratories and classrooms are well equipped with latest technologies such as smart boards.The hostels are also very clean.

VIT is very well known for its academic structure. The FFCS system of credit allocation followed by VIT is unique and well organised. Students have the freedom to choose their subjects for a particular semester, respective professors and class timings.

VIT is known for its 100% placement records. All the top MNC'S,the big four and tech giants visit the campus.Training by the placement cell is provided before the placement season begins. Overall the placements in VIT are surely the best feature of the university.

The cost of the courses are worth it based on the facilities, exposure, education level and environment provided by VIT. The hostel facilities, mess and other amenities in and around the campus surely make it worth the money.

The campus is strategically situated in the heart of Vellore. Temples, hospitals, theaters, food Joints and hill stations are within close proximity of the campus. The campus life is unique in itself with various sports grounds, food cafes, gardens, and amazing classes and hostel rooms.

The campus is really large and is filled with greenery. The college infrastructure is also good, and has all the latest technologies, such as bio-metric attendance system and smart boards. Also, the labs are well equiped with the latest hardware and software technologies. The hostels are also clean and hygienic. There are separate washroom facilities for each floor which are cleaned in regular intervals.

I have been studying Information Technology in the college for the past two years. The syllabus is well defined and is revised to cover all the latest technologies. Hands on project are available for various courses which makes the student well prepared to face the industry. Although, I feel there are a few courses which should have included the project component as well. Also, there are a lot of assessments taken every now and then which makes it a bit stressful.

The placement of this college is really good. Hundreds of company come every year for the students. Also, there are companies who come in the third year to give internship opportunities to students which may turn out as a pre placement offer. Overall, the placement cell of VIT is really good.

Tution fees and hostel fees amount for around 3 lakh per year for my course. I feel its a bit too much compared to the facilities provided as we have to pay extra for the indoor AC gymnasium, swimming pool and few other things.

Campus life is really good. A lot of events take place every now and then. There are a lot of clubs and chapters which help us develop our interpersonal skills.

yeah we have all the necessary infrastructure and facilities like gym library with mostly all the books you will need in your studies ,wi-fi campus with a good speed . student activity center where we students love to spend a lot of free time .

one of the best faculty that the engineering college can provide . all the faculty members are very supportive with all the projects and detailed discussion so that we can have a clear concept of things we learn .

Reputed as a no. of companies visit each year . almost each student sitting in placements get placed . students here explore a diverse range of jobs and opportunities . some are data scientist and some are consultants others may onto finance.

yes being to such a college is expensive but the quality of life it provides it's really good . what you pay over here you get in return. getting a exposure to lot of things is really worth and i thinks is good.

students can engage themselves in each and every field of life including dance,music,sports,drama ,NGOs and lot more . there are many ways department in our college that too with great activeness so far campus life is awesome.

Talking of all the infrastructure and facilities in the college,I feel there could be a little improvision with respect to that ,keeping in mind the current scenerio particularly wrt IT field ,more labs could be arrange to give students more pratical environment.

Quality of teaching is good but in terms of rapid advancement in technology ,the studies should be more practically oriented rather than theoretically with subjects such as data science, robotics,artificial intelligence.

The quality of placement is good and is kind of improving since the passing years ,the number of students getting placed is increasing with each year but improvements needs to be done with regard to the internship prospectus.

The cost is quite high when we compare the cost with the government colleges but being the private institution ,we can expect a high cost ,it can be reduced a bit .

the college campus is very beautiful with its scenic features ,all greenary around and it also has a lake in between.A railway line also passes through the middle of the boys and girls hostel.There is all the facilities for the extra-curricular activities where the students can engage themselves in.

I have learnt a lot in my college,I tried many new things which I haven't tried during my school days.

yes our college has all the infrastructure ,facilities and equipments. our class rooms has projectors and smart boards and library is well spaced and maintains silence and sports centre is excellent ,laboratories has too welll designed equipments and hostels are being maintained good

quality of teaching is very good .Iam studying to get nice job in future and learn basic knowledge .yes i think our curriculum is updated and has recent developments because dey keep us updating from date to date abut what is happpening around us

the quality of placements at our college is quite cool and very good . 90% of the students get placed .25 crores is the highest salary and in cse branch .average salary will be 6 to 8 lakhs .my college is very supportive nd

my course costs 3 lakhs per year .yes i m thinking i m getting my moneys worth because i m getting enough knowledge to get job in future

worst features are hostel rooms maintenance and except that everything is fine and good .students engage in all type of activities like ngos and clubs of different fields and chapters.students ,teachers bonding are just like friends .its being located in vellore .yes it can handle emergencies very well

College is providing good infrastructure. Even in all the labs we are having lab assistance who will highly guide us to be more perfect in that current lab.The class rooms are alsoo provided with proper projectors...soo overall it's nice.

Good. Proper examinations are done and the digital assignments are doing well.Lectures are providing proper informations when we are in the need of their response.Providing proper studying materials in form of ppts...helps us most.

Once we are completed some certain credits we are able to attend the placements.As we are from the 5 years course we are getting placements after 4 th year itself.Even b.tech students are getting from 4.1 sem

The campus is spread across a vast area f 372 acres.The remarkable aspect of college is the state of the art infrastructure provided for both students and faculty.Fully furnished and well equipped labs decorate every building in the university. Moreover, the campus is fortified with ample features that support diverse events.

College offers 33 undergraduate,36 postgraduate. The structure of the curriculum in all these programmes follows the pattern of Choice Based Credit System with courses offered under core papers, projects, discipline specific electives, generic electives, ability enhancement, skill enhancement and co and extracurricular activities. Credit transfer option is also given.

College has a full-fledged training and placement cell to periodically, interact with the corporate world in order to explore the possibility of training and job placement of students known as PAT. A total of 690 companies visited VIT vellore in the annual placement drive of 2019.

When to compared to other colleges, the fee is a little bit high.But we do get a lot of options to explore in the campus through the courses. It takes a lot of 20 to 25 for all the four years .It is a huge amount for many of the familes.

As for the life inside hostel you are expected to report back to college campus by 6:30 p.m. for boys and girls. The hostel rules are somewhat too stringent for girls and stringent enough for boys if you are an explorer who wants to find out more about city then the hostel is not meant for you. You need to report back to hostel by 7 p.m. for girls and 9 p.m. for boys hence keep that in mind before choosing hostel. Also, after 9 p.m. the college is silent zone.

College is good at infrastructure and academics but as mentioned above one needs to take decision by clearly knowing the rules and fee structure. If you are really an explorer it is suggested for you to stay outside the campus.

VIT has a huge campus spread across an area of about 250 acres. It has all the necessary facilities. It has well-maintained and huge classrooms (non-AC), computers labs, and other science laboratories with all necessary equipments. There is a separate building as a library with all the study material you need. There are separate hostels for boys and girls with wifi which is turned off from 12:30 to 4:30. The hostels have gym too and sports centers. All the building are cleaned timely too.

VIT has all the latest curriculum to make the students ready for the future. The teachers are well educated and experienced. However, a few of the teachers are strict and it's difficult to score. I am studying Information Technology here as i was always interested in computer science. And i have to say that IT faculty is pretty good. So if someone is focussed, they will be benefited with the curriculum.

The placement records have been improving over the past years according to my seniors. The average package for all the courses in VIT is around 7 LPA. And i have observed that the students from IT and CSE department have better chances to get recruited. However, the record is good for other courses like electrical, mechanical etc as well.

VIT fees that i pay for my course is around 1.7 lakhs per year i.e. for 2 semesters. The mess and hostel fee separate and depends on the type of mess like veg, non-veg or special and whether the hostel is AC or Non-AC. According to me this fees is decent for all the facilities and opportunities we are provided. However, the fees depends on the rank one gets in VITEEE and thus the fees increases with rank.

The campus life is fun and good. We have a huge crowd to mingle with. There are various food joints and cafes in and around VIT to hangout with friends. Also there are various clubs and chapters which one can join according to their interests. There is music club, dance club etc. And there are technical clubs like IEEE, Robotics clubs etc too.

Overall VIT stands for its moto i.e. A place to learn, a chance to grow.

The massive 300 acre campus speaks for itself. The campus not only includes academic infrastructures but also sports facilities and outdoor stafiums so as to inclucate all around development of its students.

The teachers and faculty are experienced and hardworking. I currently am pursuing my bachelor's degree in computer science and engineerning here. The college curriculum is robust and is updated every year,

higest - 45 lpa CSE. The PAT office is responsible for bringing in tech giants for palcements and our college boasts of a 100 percent placement record for all its computer science and engineering students.

Being a first category student, the course cost for me wad about 2 lpa.
