College has a very good infrastructure. They provides all the necessary facilities and equipment. Also, classrooms and libraries are well maintained. There is book shop, Canteen in the campus. Wi-Fi speed is also very fast.
I had completed my Computer science engineering from there. Quality of teaching is very good. Everyone loves the ways of faculty teaching. Also curriculum is well updated and it includes all the recent developments in the field.
Many good companies visited your campus like Google, Cognizant, Wipro. Many students get placed in good companies. Placement process is easy and smooth. College is very much supportive and they also provide intensive placement training.
The cost fee is somewhat higher. But the faculties are good in teaching. Many of them completed their Ph.D.
I have enjoyed the campus life. Many events are organised by the institutes.
Overall I enjoyed my life in campus.
Our campus infrastructure is excellent,Separate hostels for boys & girls,Hostels are very clean, hygienic food & well maintained,Gym facility also available in hostel.Free wi-fi,Systems labs with 500+ systems & internet connection.Digital class rooms.Sports stadiums also available.
I choose Computer Science engineering in B.tech, because ii love programming, coding & more interest on software engineering field.Curriculum is updated it included advanced programming languages like .net,oracle e.t.c.Teaching & staff was excellent.
Placements was extra ordinary,Placement cell provides training from second year onward to make placement process easy & pleasant to students.Every year top leading companies like TCS,Infosys,CTS e.t.c.,came to our campus for recruitment As my seniors said 85% of students in their batch were placed in campus drives.
Nearly 2,00,000/- every year.of course it is worthy
Less restrictions,more enjoyment in hostels.
Has a good infrastructure, Ecofriendly, lots of space, classes are Maintained properly, washrooms are cleaned regularly, laboratories are much facilitated, projectors are available in each and every classrooms.
Once you enter vit it's not you need not think studies as a stress, it's so easy to learn once you follow your particular Proffesor's notes. If you are regular to your classes it's so easy to score. They provide us lot of online courses too.
I am not sure about placements since I am in first year, but in point of seniors placements are so good and there are lot of opportunities. They give us the best companies, if not in our core department, there are lots and lots of Opportunities in other departments.
It's not too high or too low, your fees completely depends upon the vitee rank. Once you score good ranks, you need not worry about the cost, cause it's not so high, it's feasible.
Teachers do support us a lot. You have got lot of freedom inside the campus and it's also so secure. As of now the rules are not quite strict .
Don't worry if your parents are roasting you for not entering IIT/NIT, VIT is also one of the best platform for education.
They will give necessary facilities like faculty is available In their respective cabins to clarify your doubts. And college is full of green and clean free. They will provide free wifi in libraries and hostels.
A student can select their own course and faculty. And academics are fully flexible . and curriculum is updated regularly and they will offer courses on english so that you can take them and increase their vocabulary.
Nearly 60% students are placed in vit chennai. Somany companies now a days are focusing in chennai campus as well. In cse branch nearly 4,00,000 is the average salary and in ece 3,00,000 is the average salary.
A student in VIT can get their worth for paying money.
The college life is average but the positive thin is you can learn all languages in india.
The libraries have a lot of books in a wide range of topics that are covered in the college, the campus is always maintained really well. There is wifi for day scholars, I dont know much about the hostellers
I am studying cs and the syllabus is updated. The year that I joined, they included specialisations in AI and cybersecurity. The teachers are pretty good too, at least they will tell you which books to refer and will make you work.
As far as I have heard, the placement opportunities are good but the students who put in their blood, sweat and tears get inside the companies they want. The average salary is 3 lpa although I am not sire about that. We have soft skills classes for prepping us for the placements, the highest salary package is 40 lpa from microsoft but only a single student got it.
The fees are a bit high but I can say that I am getting my money's worth but I dont think I can say the same for other students
If you know who you should approach for getting something, then the campus life is amazing. There are plenty of clubs and activities for each and every student to participate in.
The College is a big one with good infrastructure, facilities and equipment. The class rooms have good ventilation, laboratories are spacious and library is quite with many useful reference books. The living places are clean and the food is hygienic
I am studying electronics and communication...because am interested in knowing about gadgets and their working. The quality of teaching is good . Most of the professors are PhD holders. Regular notes and assignments are given. The curriculum is regularly updated and it does include all the recent developments in the field.
There is 100% placements for the students. The highest salary package offered was 41.6 LAP and the average salary package was 7.25LPA. Totally 7027 offers were given to the students. Mostly cs department gets high packages . The placement process was satisfactory for me.
3 lakh per year . I fell it is a bit high since it doesn't include reference books, bus fee, vibrance entry fee etc... since these pill up as addicted expenses
Students are given full liberty...they are given many opportunities to exhibit their talents .students can engage in various club activities, workshops, etc..
The college provides a good infrastructure, all the necessary equipment and facilities. Faculties are highly knowledgeable and helpful, they use facilities like projector, smart boards, presentations to make things more clear for students. Food available is also good.
Quality of the teaching is average, But it's all dependent on the students how they are taking serious to their teachers. Especially the staff are very friendly and supportive towards all students. They all understand any needs that you have needed. Inshort in academics our college is good.
Placement of the college is excellent. Placement cell guide us very well. The highest package was offered by software company of 6 lpa. Textile department has been offered the package was 15 lpa. College is all over supportive in this area.
My fees is 86,000 rupees per year. I feel this is quite affordable as we pay this fee in 2 shifts i.e. semester-wise. I totally feel I'm getting my money's worth here as this is such a reputed college. My college is one of the top colleges in North India. I'm sure this college will provide me with the best future.
Overall it is a really good college which can further be testified by the fact that it was built with the motive to be converted . We have a really strong alumni base who are working all over India and around the globe in really good and well paying positions which is testimony of the greatness.
College have all the neccessary equipments. All the facilities are good. College is clean, green and well maintained.Hostle cleaning staff is very friendly. You can get home like feeling here.Wi fi is ON till 12:30 am only. Food is hygienic, but will take time to adjust for it. Health facilities are excellent.
I'm studying ECE. I joined here as the college rating is good. My curriculum is good and changed according to present demands. I'm in first year, so I dont know much about placements and all. Curriculum is good for enhancing knowledge.
I don't know much about placements. But as my seniors say it is not that easy to get. You have to work hard to get what you deserve. Or you will be recruited under mass recruitment. CSE and ECM branch will be placed easily. Other branch people have to wait for their core companies or can be placed in an IT company.
Cost totally depends on your category. There are 5 categories + 1 NRI category. It will be better you you get into the campus by first 2 categories. Rest is your choice and capability. When you don't have other option, you will not regret spending money on this!
It's best. Campus is enjoyable. We are free to do whatever we want. Many cultural activities and conducted to showcase students talents and keep them engaged. The location is safe. Teachers and staff are very friendly. Senior are chill and very friendly. There is no ranging culture. There are couple of places to hangout in campus like Domino's, Gazebos etc. There are many places to go out of campus if you get bored inside it. Campus in-time is 6pm and Saturday-Sunday outing is not allowed.
It's a really good place to learn and a chance to grow. There are all facilities in the campus. Hostels are well maintained. Campus is small compared to VIT Vellore but there are many places to hangout outside.
We have very good infrastructure, facilities and equipment. We have very good classrooms laboratories and sportscenter and the were maintained well. We have good living spaces and the food was very good
I'm studying b. Tech third year. The quality of teaching was very well. The curriculum was updated and it includes the ask kinds of developments. The fests very celebrated very well. Yes i think i would get a job with good package
The placements were very good for this college. Almost all the students get placed. Last year highest package was 56 lakhs per annum. The average package was nearly 6 lakhs. I think i solid also got a good job
Pretty good.everything perfect except sports. We dont have that much area for grounds and sports purposes .room was damn good .everyday they used to clean.according to mess, not worth ful with the fee that we are paying, its better to take veg mess rather than other things, try to reduce cost
a good flexible system .some of the faculties teaches in a very good style.but rest of them seems to be average.there was no proper classes and attendance .Students will attend the class just for sake of attendance
Not sure about that but vit means you will get placement cent percentage.our seniors have placed in good companies.lot of companies will come but competition is so high .try to maintain your academics.
Fee is too high, but college is worthful if they have make reduction in academic fee
Not that much green campus.but we have restaurents, cafe and everything
if you are financially stable, ofcourse you can join in this college.people from different states of india are studying here.its good chance to explore everything
