The College has two separate hostels for boys. Triple-seated and double-seated rooms (for senior students) are provided. There is a separate hostel for girls with dormitories. The hostels provide eateries and other facilities like a reading room, common room, medical treatment, hairdressing, laundry, etc, without any extra charge. These hostels are being looked after by Resident Wardens and Attendants. There is a separate hostel to exclusively accommodate undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The College provides the overall development of students with a state-of-the-art gymnasium available in the Al-Barkaat campus, and the students actively avail themselves of this facility.

The College library aims to provide timely, reliable, and comprehensive information on the contemporary and topical sphere pertaining to multifarious aspects of management. The library of Al-Barkaat Institute of Management Studies is the first fully automated digital library in Aligarh, using barcode technology to issue and return books with the help of 'Koha' library software. The library provides membership to all students and staff members of ABIMS. The library also provides a book bank facility for the students in tandem with an Interlibrary loan facility to its users. The library has a rich collection of books by Indian as well as foreign authors. It has a subscription to a good number of journals and magazines like Vision (MDI Gurgaon), Economic and Political Weekly, etc. The library maintains C.D. records and is aiming at starting a digital library on GSDL or on D-Space. Along with it, the library has a subscription to five online journals of SAGE Publications, which are related to the field of Management. The library subscribes to a large number of general as well as financial daily newspapers.

The College has sports facilities for all students.

The College has a forward-thinking strategy in all aspects, especially with the technology infrastructure. We believe in providing full facilities to students and faculty members. The computer lab in the institute is equipped with 70 multimedia PCs with the latest configuration. The students and faculty members can access the Internet throughout the campus with the help of Broadband links and Wireless line backup using their unique user accounts and passwords. File sharing, surfing the Net, E-mail facilities, etc., are available both for faculty and students. The entire network is being controlled by a centralized Intel Xeon 1.86 GHz Server. There are separate systems equipped with Windows operating systems in the Labs with licensed versions of the latest software. The entire network and systems are maintained by a full-time Systems Manager along with technical assistants and other support staff.

The College has one canteen facility. The canteen offers a nutritious and delicious menu at subsidized rates. The canteen provides a healthy scope for students to discuss various issues during their free periods.

The College provide excellent facilities for guests to have air-conditioned rooms and dormitories in our Guest House. Scrumptious dining and a big balcony add to its splendor.

The College has good networking for the alumni association.

The College Language lab is equipped with Clarity version 7.0 English Communication Language lab, which is a network-based teaching software enabling a teacher to remotely control, monitor, broadcast, and assist students in learning and practicing basics of English grammar, comprehension, sentence formation, and all sorts of communication tools and techniques. 

The College Convention Hall is conveniently located on the ground floor of the premises. It is well equipped with air-conditioning, modern furniture, fixtures, and ICT tools. It hosts almost all literary, cultural, and management events, seminars, conferences, etc.

The College has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The College has Workshop facilities for all students.

The College has Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.

The College has Sports, Literary, and Creative Club facilities for all students.
