Hello,
.
Both the colleges are very good, provided excellent education and have very good facilities. Here are few differences between the Colleges.
.
ACMS is a private college
Doon is a government college
.
Both the college's only offer MBBS stream.
.
Doon Colleges I'd rated with AAA+ ranking
ACMS is rated with AAA ranking
.
Both the Colleges offer same kind of facilities, but Doon collge doesn't have any WiFi facility and ACMS doesn't have laboratories.
.
Doon fees structure is 18L
ACMS fee structure is 20L
.
Doon is rated with 4.5 ratings
ACMS is rated with 5.0 ratings
.
Coming to infrastructure, food and other things, both the collges provides quality food, education, infrastructure. But ACMS is some What better then doon College.
