      Asifia College of Engineering and Technology (ACET), Hyderabad, is a college that provides various engineering courses at the graduate and postgraduate levels. Asifia College of Engineering and Technology admission process is done under government guidelines and regulations to provide equal and merit-based admission of applicants.

      Asifia College of Engineering and Technology admission process usually adheres to Telangana state university academic calendar. Asifia College of Engineering and Technology admissions to B.Tech programmes are mostly on the merit of the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET), which is organised by the state government. The TS EAMCET normally takes place in May, and the results are declared in June. Application procedures for different courses start after the declaration of entrance test results.

      Eligibility criteria for B.Tech courses at Asifia College of Engineering and Technology are passing 10+2 (Intermediate) studies.       For M.Tech programmes:

      • Reporting for GATE or state-level PG entrance examination.
      • Reporting for ACET along with marks in entrance tests and academic records.
      • Reporting for counseling or interview sessions if selected.
      • Filing admission formalities upon selection.

      ACET has two B.Tech courses: B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and B.Tech Civil Engineering. Both the courses have an approved intake of 60 seats. Both the courses are through TS EAMCET ranking for Category A seats. In Category B seats, 60% marks in 10+2 would suffice for direct admission without TS EAMCET ranking.

      The college offers five M.Tech specialisations:

      There is an approved intake of 18 seats in each M.Tech programme. Although no specific admission process for M.Tech is stated, it's probable that admissions are conducted on the basis of GATE scores and/or university-level entrance exam, followed by counseling.
