      Good but can be better

      College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of my college is not that up to mark. The facilities provided are very poor. Not even the basic amenities are available In my college. This problematic environment makes learning difficult. All over if I have to conclude then my college infrastructure is very poor and I highly recommend you to find some other college to explore.

      Academics

Academically wise my college is very inconsistent and there is no such interaction among students and professors. There are irregular classes and mostly classes are cancelled and often interrupted. Overall academically my college is average.

      Placements

Placements opportunities are limited, especially for students from non-technical courses. Very less good and known companies approach the campus for internship many students look out for companies and job opportunities by their own. Students often have to find jobs from off campus placements and internships.

      Value for Money

My college fees is around 20 thousand rupees per year and I do think that my college can improve much better in every aspect being academy, infrastructure and other necessary things.

      Campus Life

My Campus life is little boring in this college and could be much more engaging and exciting if I was in other college. There are very few and limited cultural events and any extracurricular activities. Students don’t get many fair and equal opportunities to participate in anything.

      Others

It's an average college and can do much improvement and betterment in its services and other things.

It has nirf ranking 3 so you can consider it.

      College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is nice and good but can be more good. It has some cool facilities but should work on classrooms of our department and phy department. Lack of wifi sometimes make things difficult but apart from that everything is good.

      Academics

Academic is good, I am studying ba english hons and honestly my department has some cool professional teachers so I enjoyed a lot. Curriculum is nice but it should include some more things which can help in future academics.

      Placements

My course is not made for placement which I have observed till now mostly I am going to have academics so I am not sitting for placements. But placement for other course like bcom hons and economics has cool data. Highest package is 10 lpa.

      Value for Money

It is a top notch South campus college with nirf ranking 3 so according to me it's a value for money college. I have my fees 18k per year so its nice for me and my department supports so much things like competition and debate so yes.

      Campus Life

Campus life is happening because of coolest crowd and student. Best thing is the fest "tide" Which is our annual fest. It has nearest connectivity with metro so it is safe but not in late night. So it's 50-50.

      Others

You can come to ARSD if you have some other department like commerce, maths, economics it's a cool college for that. Must attend annual fest, make new friends and connection you will feel great in ARSD.

      Good college can recommend

      College Infrastructure

ARSD's campus spans 12.3 acres in Dhaula Kuan, well-connected to metro. Classrooms are equipped with smart boards, campus Wi-Fi, and computer labs, and the library holds over 1 lakh books. Sports facilities include badminton, basketball, volleyball courts, and a large ground. However, the college lacks a hostel and a proper auditorium.

      Academics

ArsD is a NAAC "A++" accredited institution, ranked 7th among all colleges in India and 5th within Delhi University in NIRF 2024. Faculty members are well-qualified and approachable. Students get opportunities tol attend DU seminars, workshops, and academic fests. The college also occasionally hosts conferences and guest lectures across streams.

      Placements

The placement cell organizes job fairs, seminars, and skill workshops, achieving a 60–80% placement rate in 2023. Top recruiters include Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY, and Genpact, with the highest package around 22.5 LPA and an average of 6–7 LPA. Placements are strongest for Commerce students, while Arts and Science students often need to be more proactive.

decent clg,try to get better ones, but this is also not bad.

      College Infrastructure

the infrastructure is decent, in terms of facilities, college does have necessary equipments .classrooms have descent du traditons based benches, blackboard, a non working projector. while talking genuinely good, has latest upgraded computers, wifi is good, labs are good but no hostel not even for girls.about library, it's really good with newly installed computers and a peaceful environment, it's just awesome

      Academics

quality of teaching is decent , teachers have knowledge of what they are teaching ,they do have a friendly nature, you can reach them in case of any problem. the curriculum is updated based on NEP and includes a good range of topics for you well-being in my opinion

      Placements

i have heard its decent, not very good, not 100% for sure i haven;t sit in placement yet, so can;t give exact detail about it but yes... i have heard its decent, there is a placement cell there which announces time to time internship etc news and also jobs banners for placements but they're not very high package jobs, so i am not sure about it pretty much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

      Value for Money

i guess not, paying 60-65k per year for mostly theoratical knowledge is not enough for hons students, while same labs are being used by program students with just 20k fees is not fair , either fee should be equal for facilities should be improved for hons students so hons in my opinion is not value for money

      Campus Life

yeah, again i rate this decent you'll get a lot friends a lot of politics too(as of almost all collegses in du) but there are regular co curricular activties there are socities one can join if he/she wants to interact with the world so it's decent in my opinion

      Best college

      College Infrastructure

My College provides most of the essential infrastructure, facilities, and equipment required for a productive academic environment, but there is still room for improvement. The campus has well-maintained classrooms equipped with basic teaching aids such as projectors and whiteboards, which support effective learning. The library is reasonably stocked with textbooks, reference materials, and digital resources, allowing students to access information for their academic needs. In terms of practical learning, laboratories are available for different departments, and they are equipped with standard instruments. However, in some cases, the equipment is either outdated or insufficient in quantity, which can limit hands-on experience for students. The college also offers computer labs with internet access, though the speed and maintenance of systems could be improved to meet current technological demands.. Facilities like clean drinking water, sanitation, and a canteen are available, ensuring basic comfort for students. Sports and extracurricular infrastructure exists but are not fully developed. Overall, while the college meets the fundamental requirements for education, upgrading equipment, improving maintenance, and investing in modern facilities would significantly enhance the quality of learning and student experience.

      Academics

I am currently pursuing my graduation, focusing on subjects that build both theoretical understanding and practical skills. I chose this field because it offers career flexibility and helps develop problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication abilities—skills that are valuable in almost any profession. Rather than blindly following trends, I evaluated what aligns with long-term growth and adaptability, which is why this course made sense and program. The quality of teaching is decent but not flawless. Some faculty members are knowledgeable and genuinely committed, using clear explanations and real-life examples. However, others rely heavily on outdated methods like rote learning, which limits deeper understanding. The infrastructure supports basic learning, but true progress depends more on self-effort than classroom teaching alone. If you depend only on lectures, you’ll fall behind. The real advantage comes when you actively question, explore beyond the syllabus, and use external resources to strengthen to understand easily

      Placements

The placement quality at my college is average—not something you can rely on blindly. A few companies do visit the campus every year, but the opportunities are not evenly distributed across all branches or students. Most of the roles offered are entry-level, with moderate salary packages, and only a small percentage of students manage to secure higher-paying or core-field jobs. Roughly 50–60% of students get placed through campus drives. But that number can be misleading if you don’t question it properly and it often includes students placed in low-paying roles or jobs unrelated to their field of study. The remaining students either pursue higher education, prepare for competitive exams, or look for off-campus opportunities—which, frankly, tend to offer better growth if approached strategically. The real takeaway is this: placements are not a guarantee; they are just an opportunity. If you depend only on the college system, you limit your chances. Students who actively build skills, do internships, and apply off-campus usually perform better than those who wait for campus placements to “save” then.
