My karnataka state board exam marks of PCB&Eng affect my admission in govt medical college in karnataka? in 2020 NEET
Class 12 weightage isn't a criteria for admission in a medical college. The admission is solely based on merit in NEET.So you must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks if you belong to general category, for SC/ST/OBC it is 40% for PWD it is 45% marks. If you have the required percentage then you are okay. You will get admission.

what is the fees per year for a obc ncl student who has secured seat in this college and also how much marks should a obc ncl student should score to get seat in this college
It is difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors. Going by last year cutoffs, the cutoff mark for OBC Category through 85% state quota was 523 out of 720 while cutoff through All India Quota was around 600. To be on safe side, you should try to score around 550 marks if applying through state quota. The course fee is affordable as it's a government college. It costs almost 50,000 INR every year.
How much marks out of720 should a obc(ncl) student score to get seat in this college?( & also how many seats are available in this college)
In 2019 a candidate belonging to OBC category with marks 523 and rank 36267 secured seat in Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore. So need to score above 523 marks so that you have decent chances of getting a seat as cut off changes every year, it may increase or decrease slightly.

how much score is required in neet UG 2020 to get the admission in this college?
see cutoff scores changes year to year, and it depends on various factors like number of participants , question difficulty level, students category etc,
so it is no surety that the cutoff score will be same for all years, so if you get 550+ out of 720 of neet score you have decent chances for this college.

Being an SC & rural category student and Karnataka State quota can I get mbbs in BMCRI with 400+ marks?
In 2018, under State Quota, a score of 375 secured a seat in BMCRI under SC Category. Now this is 2018 data and we do not have 2019 data yet. Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now in 2019 the general cut offs increased by 15 marks and the individual cut offs increased by 60-75 marks. So for 2020, if you want a seat in BMCRI, you should target nothing less than 500.
