Yes an OCI is eligible for appearing in NEET and also taking part in AIQ counseling for taking admission in Medical government colleges, but the only underlying difference here is that there is no reservation of seats for the NRI or OCI category students in government medical colleges.

You haven't mentioned entrance examination If you are asking about NEET UG.Then you need 550+ score in unreserved category for having seat in government medical college for MBBS.And rank under 10k in general category..

Bangalore Medical College has a good infrastructure consisting of labs, library and good classrooms. Labs are highly equipped with modern instruments . Classrooms are air conditional with good seating facility. Hostel food is generally hygienic and tastes okay. We have basketball court and volleyball court.
All the necessary infrastructure exists , the hospitals and associated campuses are huge and have brilliant patient facilities and standard of care . The new college building is huge and contains the required labs for practicals . Overall it’s more than self sufficient a place for a government Set up institution
