Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time course of BNM Institute of Technology, Bangalore and course is approved by AICTE, and offered by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.

Eligibility Criteria

Admission for the first year of the course shall be open to the students who have passed the two years Pre-University Examination (Science) conducted by Karnataka State Pre-University Board. Or 10 + 2 School Programme of the Central Board (CBSE / ICSE) New Delhi with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematical as optional subjects and English as a subject of study Or Those who have passed any other examinations recognized by the University as equivalent there to.
Candidates other than those from karnataka are required to obtain Eligibility Certificate from VTU, Belgaum.

Admission Details

45% seats - based on marks in qualifying examination and CET
30% seats - based on COMED-K Test
25% seats – based on PUC, CET and COMED-K Rank

College Infrastructure

Even though the College premises is small as compared to different colleges across Bengaluru, the quality is excellent. The campus is well maintained & clean. There's Fire extinguisher set-up at regular intervals in the campus. The garden, trees gives fresh air to the students & Teachers receiving stress & maintaining good mental health. As a student, I'd recommend you to join BNMIT & be a part of BNMIT Family!!
