The members of the T&P cell contact CEOs / Head (HR) of different corporate entities to collect information regarding requirements for recruitment in various disciplines. The cell also ensures that the students are properly groomed and properly instructed for improved performance during interviews. To ensure proper grooming, the members of the cell regularly contact faculty members, and corporate trainers involved in personality development and give them faculty members, and trainers necessary feedback received from different organizations for taking necessary corrective actions.
The T&P cell in coordination with the various technical and non-technical departments regularly organizes industrial visits to acquire technical activities involved in the production design, and maintenance of engineering products in case of technical courses. For non-technical students, these visits focus on learning through interaction with managers who share with the students the recent developments, strategies, and market moves of the industry.
