1: Is there any entrance exam for CIT Coimbatore?

Depending on the course, the accepted entrance exams are JEE Mains, TNEA, CIT-CET, TANCET, GATE, and CIT-MSc. BE admission is based on TNEA rank for UG courses. Admission to integrated MSc requires a valid score on the CIT-MSc Entrance Exam.

2: How do I apply to CIT Coimbatore?

Candidates must apply online and pay the application fee in order to appear for the TNEA and TANCET in order to enrol in the B.E. or B.Tech programmes. The TNEA website must be accessed in order to register by providing the necessary information and making the required payment. 3: How do I apply for a BE/BTech programme at CIT Coimbatore?

The faculty members are very supportive. Most of the faculty members are helpful and qualified. Most of the faculty members are pursuing their PhD, and there are some doctorates too. They don't use any unique teaching methods. The faculty members help us to get connected to the industries by organising regular industrial training programs. In each semester, they organise at least one industrial or implant training programme for three days.

All faculty are knowledgeable and qualified,their teaching style is always excellent. Yes, the course is curriculum-relevant, and the teachers are good at teaching. The semester exam is not too tough; it's absolutely okay. The highest percentage is 9.2% CGPA, and the pass percentage is above 7.5% CGPA.

Hi Mohit,

The Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology is situated in the state of Tamil Nadu and the placements here, according to the alumni, are a bit on the lower side. The placement opportunities are better fro CSE students with around an 80% placement rate and companies like Infosys, Bosch, IDBI Life Insurance and a few more providing jobs to students.
