The Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology is situated in the state of Tamil Nadu and the placements here, according to the alumni, are a bit on the lower side. The placement opportunities are better fro CSE students with around an 80% placement rate and companies like Infosys, Bosch, IDBI Life Insurance and a few more providing jobs to students.

College Infrastructure
Our college has one of the most beautiful infrastructures I have ever seen. It is surrounded by Western ghats with a cool climate throughout the year. We have well-equipped labs and classrooms with projectors in our college. The library in our college is good with all the facilities including OPAC, but the collection of magazines is very less. Food provided in the canteen and the hostel is not good, but the hostel rooms are very clean.

College Infrastructure
The hostel is good and has a peaceful environment. However, internet issues are faced all over the college. The Wi-Fi connection is very weak in and around campus. The food is good, and a 24/7 ambulance is available on campus. Sports facilities are not readily available for engineering students.

College Infrastructure
The food is overall good, delicious, and healthy too. The labs are ventilated, and only a few computers work there, and Wi-Fi is very slow in and around the campus. Classrooms are wide and old-school. They don't give importance to sports other than sports day.
