B. Tech has an annual intake of 90 students based on GUJCET scores. The course fee for 3 years is 54,800 per annum. To be considered, students should have completed their 10+2 schooling. Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry were the starting subjects.

M.Tech has 5 specialisation programmes. All of these programmes accept 30 students each, with an application fee common to all of Rs. 50,400:
