      DCTM Palwal Admission Process

      Delhi College of Technology and Management (DCTM) which is approved by AICTE, though they offer a lot of engineering, management and computer applications programmes; DCTM has a specific admission procedure to select the deserving students, based on that admission procedure both undergraduate and postgraduate students can be successfully admitted to the programmes. 

      Delhi College of Technology and Management follows an organised admission procedure, as guided by the Haryana State Technical Education Society and also the other affiliating university, J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad . DCTM generally opens its doors for admissions in May and June to kick-start the academic year in August and September. The entrance procedure for all courses too shall be through national and state-level tests as and when applicable for the various programmes. B.Tech programmes make provision for Delhi College of Technology and Management admission based largely on JEE Main scores while MBA is earmarked for CAT score results. BBA and BCA students would be admitted based on the regulations of their respective affiliated universities.

      Of the complete B.Tech seats, 75% are to be filled in by Haryana State Counselling, while the remaining 25% are filled directly by the college. To get Delhi College of Technology and Management admission, the candidate must qualify in JEE Main or JEE Advanced. The MBA programme also runs equally. This calls for state counselling and institution level admissions. Basic eligibility for undergraduate programmes needs to be past completing the 10+2 stream from a recognised board with the required subjects and minimum marks for each programme. For postgraduate programmes like M.Tech, candidates passing the GATE examination would be admitted directly. For different admission processes, there are some important dates which differ by programme and by entrance test. 

      Delhi College of Technology and Management Application Process

      The application process for DCTM varies according to the programme:

      For B.Tech courses:

      • Qualify for the JEE Main test.
      • Register for Haryana State Technical Education Society counselling, which is the primary entry point for Delhi College of Technology and Management admissions for the state.
      • Fill the counselling form and select DCTM as your preferred college.
      • In case a seat was allotted through counselling, report to DCTM for document verification and fee submission.
      • In case of management quota seats, students apply directly to DCTM.

      For the MBA programme:

      • Qualify the CAT or any other recognised management entrance exams.
      • Register for HSTES counselling for the MBA programme.
      • Apply directly to DCTM for seats under the management quota simultaneously.
      • If shortlisted, attend the selection process at DCTM, which may include group discussion and personal interview.

      For BBA and BCA programmes, here is the approach.

      • Apply according to Delhi College of Technology and Management admission notification issued by JCBUST, YMCA, Faridabad.
      • Fill the application form online through university website.
      • Deposit application fee and other required documents.
      • Attend counseling if shortlisted.

      M.Tech:

      • Students with GATE will apply directly to DCTM.
      • Non-GATE students may have to qualify for a college-conducted entrance test.
      • Fill the application form along with all requisite documents.
      • Attend interview if shortlisted.

      Delhi College of Technology and Management Degree wise Admission Process

      DCTM offers B.Tech, MBA, Diploma; admissions via JEE, LEET, HSTES counseling, and direct merit-based management quota entry.  

      Delhi College of Technology and Management B. Tech Admission Process

      DCTM School of Engineering offers undergraduate engineering courses in Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning branches. Entrance is based on the JEE Main/JEE Advanced score. 75 percent of the seats are available through State counselling in Haryana while the rest are institutional. Programme approval on each course ranges from 30 to 60 seats.

      Delhi College of Technology and Management MBA Admission Process

      The MBA course offered by DCTM has an approved intake of 60 seats. Delhi College of Technology and Management admissions are conducted on a 50-50 basis between Haryana State Counselling and admission at the institution level. Generally through the qualifying process, candidates qualify and take up the CAT.

      Delhi College of Technology and Management BBA Admission Process

      The Bachelor of Business Administration programme, which includes BBA Digital Marketing, follows Delhi College of Technology and Management admission guidelines of the affiliated university, JCBUST, YMCA, Faridabad. The programme has an intake capacity of 60 seats.

      Delhi College of Technology and Management BCA Admission Process

      Admission to the BCA Bachelor of Computer Applications course follows Delhi College of Technology and Management admission guidelines of JCBUST, YMCA, Faridabad. It has an approved intake of 60 seats.

      Delhi College of Technology and Management M.Tech Admission Process

      Delhi College of Technology and Management admission offers two M.Tech programmes, namely Computer Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Design. These two programmes will have a direct admission process for GATE-qualified students. Each programme has a load of 12 seats. Students will be free to prepare for PSUs/Engineering Services while carrying on their studies and would be offered paid industrial internships or teaching assignments, if available.

      Delhi College of Technology and Management Required Documents

      • 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
      • Graduation mark sheets and degree certificate (postgraduate courses)
      • Entrance exam score card (JEE main/advanced, CAT, GATE as applicable)
      • Category certificate (if applicable)
      • Domicile certificate (for Haryana state quota)
      • Character certificate
      • Migration certificate
      • Recent passport-size photographs.

      Academics

      The teacher of the campus are not good enough to make the student understand ,they are not well trained ,the quality of the teaching is quite okay overall,they don't provide the student with well notes

      College Infra

      The infrastructure of the college is below average and it is situated in the middle of the field where transportation system is very bad ,facilities are not good like the computer lab is in very bad condition ,and most of them are not working and classroom is ok but there is no air conditioner in the classroom ,library is quite fine .

      Placements

      there is no placement oppurtunities in the college ,the students face a lot of problem in this situation ,no big companies are ready to come to the campus .The student who were placed in the past years where placed in a very low package of average 5lakh per month.
