The college has two 7 floored, ultra-modern residential hostels, separate for Boys. It has ground plus Seven floors providing accommodation to about 392 students. The ground floor of the hostel has a warden’s residence, common rooms, guest rooms, mess, and laundry. Each subsequent floor has 28 cubical rooms which are single seats and 14 dormitories, with each dormitory accommodating 2 students. The hostel is provided with elevators, an anti-fix facility, RO purified water, and round-the-clock security for the residents. Each hostel building is one of the four similar hostel blocks, of which the remaining will come up in the near future.

The college campus provides all amenities to the sports lovers including well-maintained sports grounds and facilities for games such as hockey, football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, athletics, etc., as well as various indoor games like badminton. The Punjabi University also has a large gymnasium and a hall for indoor games. It is one of the very few institutions in India to possess its own velodrome. The club organizes two days of sports events as a part of Runbhoomi in which students actively participate and are accordingly awarded and honored.
