East West Institute of Technology, (EWIT) Bangalore offers admission to UG, PG, and Ph.D courses. EWIT UG PG admission is offered on the basis of candidates' performance in the relevant entrance exams and performance in past academic (qualifying) examinations. Interested and Following that, candidates who are shortlisted will be called for the courselling round which will be held on the college campus. Candidates will be offered EWIT admission after the document verification and payment of the course fee.

EWIT Admission Criteria

Course	Mode	Selection Criteria
B.E	Entrance (KCET/ COMEDK UGET)	Candidate should have passed their 10+2 (HSC) with 50% marks (45% in case candidates belonging to reserved category) in PCM or PCB or PCE. Minimum Marks PUC / (10 + 2) / 50 % Marks (45% for SC / ST) in PCM / PCB / PCE. Candidates should have a valid scorecard of KCET or COMEDK UGET.
M.Tech	Karnataka PGCET	Candidates should have done their Bachelor in Engineering (B.E) with 50% marks. Valid Karnataka PGCET scorecard also required for EWIT M.Tech admission
MBA	Karnataka PGCET	Graduation with 50% marks (45% for candidates belonging to reserved category)
MCA	-	Candidates should have completed any degree with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC) with Mathematics as compulsory subject
Ph.D	-	Master’s required with minimum 50% marks in total aggregate and 45% for those who belong to reserved category

EWIT Application Process

Interested and eligible candidates can fill the EWIT admission form by visiting the official website. After receiving the EWIT application form, the same will be reviewed by the EWIT authorities, after approval candidates can move further to the admission process.

EWIT Admission Required Documents

Class 12th Marksheet
Graduation and Post Graduation mark sheet
Relevant entrance exam scorecard
Government-approved ID proof
Transfer/ Migration certification (If applicable)
Passport size photograph
Caste certificate (If applicable)

EWIT Admission Process

Step 1- Applicants from India must send Rs 500/0 Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Bank Draft along with the application

Step 2- Applicants from outside of India must send 15 USD Bank Draft/ Demand Draft along with the application form

Step 3- On receiving of the above-mentioned amount, EWIT brochure will be mailed by post to candidates specified address

Step 4- After the EWIT application review, admission process will take place. Candidates will have to submit all the relevant documents

Step 5- The EWIT course admission process is done in the college premises

East West Institute of Technology has been accredited by National assessment and accreditation Council with grade B and a score of 2.8 on 4 point scale. Krazybee, Infosys, Wipro, Tata consultancy Services are one of the major recruiters of this Institute. The placement packages offered here are from 2 lakh per annum to 5 lakh per annum. The faculty is experienced and most of them have done their PhD in the relevant subject. In comparison to this Institute Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management has got better rankings for Bachelor of technology by India today. placement percentage of this Institute is also good around 85%. The highest placement package is of 20 lakh per annum.

East West Institute of Technology, Bangalore is one of the best college for engineering . The college offers various facilities at low fees. The total fees for a B.E. course is Rs.1.54 lakh there are minimum 120 seats for each branch of B.E. course.

The placement statistics shown by this college is also good. Many top tech and non- tech companies are sending their offers . The college is meeting all the needs of an individual starting from an hostel ,libraries , gym, auditorium to the transport facility.

East West Institute of Technology was established in 2001 and is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum. The Institute is approved by AICTE and accredited by NBA and NAAC. The Institute is famous for engineering as well as management courses and offers UG, PG and PhD programmes in numerous specializations. Admissions in these courses are based on entrance examinations. Applications of admissions can be submitted through offline or online mode.
