Farook College, Kozhikode offers certain facilities to the students and faculty members including library, hostels, staff quarters, open air theatre, auditorium, conference hall, seminar hall, cafeteria, classrooms, language lab, statistical computing lab, sports etc. Detailed description of all the facilities are mentioned below.
Library- The central library of Farook College, Kozhikode is equipped with books covering all subjects including both textbooks and reference books. The library also has a collection of reports, proceedings, abstracts & indexes, encyclopedias, data books, National & International journals, audio and visual resources, CDs, educational videos and thesis/reports. The library also has a separate reading room.
Hostels- The institute provides separate hostels to boys and girls. Students have to fill the application forms for hostels separately and rooms are allotted based on the availability. All the hostel rooms are provided with basic furniture and facilities. Mess facilities are also available for hostellers which serves good quality and hygienic food to students.
Staff quarters- Staff quarters are also provided for faculty members by the institute. All the rooms are provided with basic facilities.
Open Air Theatre- An open air theatre is also there inside the college campus where fests are conducted.
Auditorium- The auditorium is well equipped with speakers and projectors where all important events and guest lectures are conducted.
Conference Hall- The conference hall of Farook College, Kozhikode is well equipped with all modern facilities where all important conferences and presentations are conducted. The institute also uses the conference hall for conducting mock group discussions, personal interviews and quiz sessions, debates, declamations etc.
Seminar Hall- The seminar hall is well equipped with all advanced technology and facilities where all seminars, training sessions and guest lectures are conducted. Many seminar sessions at both National and International levels have been conducted.
Cafeteria- Farook College, Kozhikode also has a cafeteria inside the campus which serves snacks, beverages and other food items to students and other members. All the food items are fresh and hygienic and students can get all snacks and food items at affordable prices.
Classrooms- All the classrooms of Farook College, Kozhikode are well equipped with all modern facilities including projectors and speakers so that students can get advanced technology education from eminent professors.
Statistical Computing Lab- The Statistical Computing Lab of the institute is well equipped with systems provided with all updated software and applications meeting the requirements of technology. The computer lab is also provided with internet facilities.
Sports facilities- Various sports facilities are provided by Farook College, Kozhikode for the students. Various playgrounds for playing cricket, volleyball, kho-kho, kabaddi, track and field events.
Language Lab- Language Lab is provided by Farook College, Kozhikode so that students can develop their writing and speaking skills. Students are given various training programmes to develop their speaking skills for better opportunities in future.
- Boys Hostel
The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
- Girls Hostel
The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
- Medical/Hospital
The Health Centre functions on all days except Sundays and national holidays. The service of the Medical Officer will be available from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Medical consultation is free to all students of the campus and medicines are available at a moderate rate. The Health Centre organises free medical camps and health awareness classes to the students and local public
- Gym
The college has a Gym facility for the students.
- Library
The College offers one of the best libraries in the state of Kerala. It has a valuable collection book, periodicals, CDs and other audio-visual aids. A separate section for blind students with Braille literature and Digital Talking Book Library has been set up. A well organised Digital Library under MPLAD work of Sri P.V. Abdul Wahab M.P. has been set up. Access to e-resources has been provided by the Information and Library Network (INFLIBNET) Centre of UGC, Ahmedabad. A state of the art, fully air-conditioned Audio-Visual Theater is attached to the Library. The library at present has a collection of 86,755 volumes including textbooks and bound periodicals. The audio-visual section has a collection of 700 CDs, 160 gramophone records 40 films and 17 manuscripts. The library subscribes to 167 periodicals.
- Sports
The college has the sports facilities for all students.
- I.T Infrastructure
The Audio – Visual Theatre, supported by Mr K. Mohamed, Managing Director, K.M. Trading Co., Abudhabi is a state-of-the-art venue for seminars and academic programmes. Fully airconditioned, it has provisions for LCD Projectors and other hi-tech presentations which can accommodate 100 persons.All the departments, labs, office, library and offices of other organizations and forums in the campus are interconnected through a Gigabyte Fibre Optic backbone. The connectivity to Desktops is using 4 pair CAT 6 UTP and ECAT 5 UTP cable ensuring a dedicated 100 Mbps bandwidth at the desktop level. The Informatics centre acts as the main hub of the network and hosts a layer 3 backbone switch. The workgroup switches are located in the concerned buildings. Campus network supports data transferring using various network technologies. With the advances in networking, we are also planning to implement Wireless networking, bringing power and speed closer to the people who use them.
- Cafeteria
A cafeteria is maintained for providing light refreshment to the students and staff of the college. The cafeteria is supported by the Dubai Unit of FOSA.
- Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.
- Transport Facility
The college has the transport facility for students and staff.
- Alumni Associations
FAROOK COLLEGE OLD STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION was formed in 1971, the Association aims at fostering and perpetuating friendship and co-operation among the alumni, through publications, informed group meetings and through other means. The Association seeks to further the social literary and cultural interest of the college by maintaining an active channel of communication between the college & Alumni.
- Wifi
The college has a wifi facility for the students and staff.
- Laboratories
Statistical Computing LabThe Statistical Computing Lab-a project of the Department of Statistics set up under FIST programme of the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. The Lab includes a window NT server and 30 workstations. Tthe Department carries out statistical consultancy service using the Lab.
- Banks/ATMs
The college has the Banks/ATM facilities for all students.

The farook college of kozhikode, offers several courses, which includes BA, BSc etc, as you haven't specified to admission for UG or PG. I listed for both.
For the purposes of UG admissions, they begin from June, and admissions are based mostly upon the merit list of the students, in 10+2.
For the purposes of PG admissions, they begin from July,

So heres the answer to your query...
Application process for admission to UG courses start in the month of June and are based on merit of the students at 10+2 level. Students who are shortlisted for admission are called up for the Interview round. All the UG courses offered are of 3 years duration.
Percentage requirement will be based on the meritlist released by them.
Scholarships as far as i know are there.

Farook college was established in 1948 under the Govt of Kerala.It has been ranked 88th NIRF among all the degree colleges .
It provides facilities like library,hostel,auditorium,cafe,labs,etc.and the admission here is done on the basis of your marks in 10+2 and the ranks are decided on the basis of that.
Every year it keeps changing based on no.of people applied and their marks.
