FIMS Calicut Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The Campus has a separate Men’s hostel which can accommodate 130 students. the hostels are also equipped with a WIFI facility (leased line). Rooms in the hostels are shared for two students with all the necessary furniture.

The Campus has separate Ladies hostel which can accommodate 150 students respectively. the hostels are also equipped with WIFI facility (leased line). Rooms in the hostels are on sharing for two students with all necessary furniture.

The College provides a Library facility. The library is housed on the first floor with facilities like reading/reference space, newspaper and periodical section, and a separate stack area. 45 Journals and Magazines on Management All leading National and regional newspapers including business dailies and magazines of general interest, The Library and Information Centre acquires materials, processes them, and makes them available for use rather than preservation. It allows open access to its collection and provides service to its users. It is expected to convert potential users to habitual users. The Campus has an excellent library which has more than 7000 books, 25 journals, and 20 different periodicals. There are 2 online journals (J-GATE&EBSCO) subscribed by the FIMS library. The library has an attractive ambiance which offers the students a peaceful learning environment.

The College computer lab is equipped with the latest high-end computer systems with internet and intranet facilities and the latest System. Software and Application Software. The computer lab also takes responsibility for the Wi-Fi on the campus. Systems are ensured to the students on a 1:1 ratio.

The College Provides Canteen, Facility which they serve fresh, nutritious vegetarian and non-vegetarian food in a hygienic, friendly environment. The Campus has a well maintained and a hygienic canteen which provides fresh food for the students. It has an open kitchen facility with the most modern kitchen equipment.
