Academics
Some professors here are really great. These professors bring the subject to life in a way that no video can. There are teachers with very good academic backgrounds they have done a lot of research and they really love what they teach.
But Some of the teachers are older. They like to do things the way they have always done them. They use the notes they have been using for a long time. There is no talking about the subject, no arguing no asking questions. If you are someone who likes to think and ask questions this can be very boring. The professors who teach this way make the classes feel very dull.
College Infra
The campus is really pretty. It has grounds and tall trees and lots of open spaces .The library is a place to study because it has a lot of books and journals. You can go there to study. The college has sports facilities which is nice because a lot of people who go there are studying humanities. There are courts and fields that people actually use. The auditorium is a place for college events and it looks really nice. The campus has a lot of things that make it nice to be there. The library and the sports facilities and the auditorium are all things, about the campus.
Campus Life
The campus is really open. That makes you feel like you can just take your time and look around. You can find things, like stairs that take you to a great view and quiet places that become special to you when you find them. The campus of the school is a place to explore and it is not something you see very often in schools today. The campus has a lot of corners to discover. The campus has quiet spots that become really important, to the person who finds them first. Very beautiful ancient buildings.
Placements
Commerce and BBA students do well in campus placements. This is because finance, accounting and business roles are often in demand.
Students studying Science those with IT skills or technical knowledge also find some job opportunities. They can get jobs in areas like data, analytics and software support.
Arts students have to find jobs on their own. They look for postgraduate programs. Prepare for competitive exams like UPSC, MPSC and banking exams. Campus placements, for Arts students are very few.
Value For Money
For the price you pay You will get to be on a campus with lots of green spaces right in the middle of Pune. The library at Ferguson is really good. Has a lot of books. The teachers at Ferguson are very good, at what they do. Ferguson also has a lot of activities and cultural events that other private colleges try to create but cannot. When you study at Ferguson you become part of an alumni network that is respected in Maharashtra and other places. The placements however cannot be guaranteed.

Fergusson College is known for its strong academics and experienced faculty, especially in Arts and Science subjects. The college has a strong academic environment, disciplined culture, and opportunities for seminars, research, and extracurricular learning. Many students prefer it for higher studies and competitive exam preparation. On the negative side, teaching quality can vary between departments, and some students feel parts of syllabus are outdated. a few departments also depend heavily on visiting faculty, which affects consistency.
College Infra
Fergusson College has a beautiful and spacious green campus with a peaceful academic environment. The library, classrooms, and labs are decent and useful for students. the college also has a strong cultural atmosphere and good spaces for extracurricular activities. However, some buildings and facilities feel old and need modernization, Certain labs and classrooms lack updated equipment, and maintenance or Wi-Fi issues are occasionally reported by students.
Placements
Fergusson College offers average placement opportunities, with better chances mainly for Computer Science and vocational courses. Some companies visit the campus, and students with strong skills, internships, and certifications can get decent packages, many students also choose higher studies instead of placements. However, placements are not very strong compared to top professional colleges, especially for Arts and traditional Science courses. The average salary packages are moderate, and students often need to rely on self-effort and off-campus opportunities.

The college is a place to learn because it has rules that help students stay on track. At the time students have a lot of freedom to do what they like. The school has tests and homework that can be tough sometimes. They help students keep up with their schoolwork.
The college experience is really good, for students because they learn a lot and become more confident. The college experience helps students learn things and it helps students build confidence.
College Infra
The college has nice sports facilities and big open spaces. They also have auditoriums where they hold events and cultural activities. I think the best part of the campus is how beautiful it is and how calm it feels. This makes going to college really enjoyable. The college is old so some of the buildings are old too. They take care of them and it makes the college feel special. The college has an infrastructure that makes it easy for students to learn and have fun. The college is a place to be and it is lively.
Campus Life
The college has lots of events like festivals, seminars and competitions.
These happen all year round. Keep the campus buzzing.
There's also a lot of space and peaceful areas which are perfect for taking a break between classes.
They can also take part in programs, which helps them make friends and learn new things.
College life here is exciting and fun to remember.
It helps students grow as people and make friends. Its not just, about studying.
Placements
Placements are generally good. It really depends on how hard the students work to get a good job and students who work hard on their own to get good opportunities usually do better and placements are satisfactory, for students who try hard and the college provides a good platform for students to grow in their career and to do higher studies and students who do well in workshops and internships and certification courses usually have better chances of getting a good job.
Value For Money
The college has a good name in Pune and Maharashtra which makes the degree more valuable.
Overall it is a college that does not cost much and provides a good experience.
