B.Tech Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2028-01-01
Academics
Academics are average with a structured curriculum and some qualified faculty. Teaching quality varies, so self-study is important. Focus is more on theory than practical learning, but exams are manageable.
College Infra
Infrastructure is average with basic labs, library & hostel. Classrooms are decent, but Wi-Fi, lab equipment & maintenance need improvement. Hostel facilities are okay, mess food average.Sports facilities are limited but usable. Cleanliness is maintained, though modernization is still needed in many areas.
Campus Life
Campus life is average with limited fests and extracurricular activities. Environment is decent but not very vibrant. Student clubs exist but are not very active.
Hostel life is manageable with basic facilities.
Placements
Placements are average with limited opportunities for most branches. Around 20–30% students get placed, with average package ~3–5 LPA. Top companies visit, but high packages are rare.Mass recruiters dominate the placement drive.
Value For Money
College is affordable compared to others, making it a decent option for budget students. Facilities and academics are average, so returns depend on personal effort.
Not ideal for high expectations in placements.

Academics
The professors are very supportive and one can easily approach them. Every faculty member has their unique style of teaching, and a good number of them have been from the industry, which makes it easier for us to get real corporate cases.
College Infra
The college has got a well-rounded infrastructure for the most part. Modern classrooms, computer labs, seminar halls, and the central library meet our educational needs perfectly. The mess and canteen food are good and hygienic which contributes to the general satisfaction level of students.
Placements
The placement scenario with MBA graduates is quite decent. Nearly 70-75% of the students from our batch get recruited through on-campus drives. The maximum pay offered was close to ₹8 LPA, whereas the minimum salary for freshers was around ₹3 LPA.

Academics
Not many teachers are highly educated; some have just passed their degree courses and are teaching in college. But some are well-educated and knowledgeable. They help us a lot by providing study notes for semester exams. The course curriculum is designed in a way that everyone can understand just by looking at the provided PPTs. Semester exams are not that hard, and we can score high. Almost 70% of the students passed their exam
College Infra
The infrastructure of our college is beyond my expectations. The college maintains international standards. Unlike other Indian colleges (except a few), the interior and exterior of our college are very clean and neat, and they also provide international services for students. Wi-Fi is not available to everyone. At first, they provided Wi-Fi, but then gradually they took it from us. Not many people opt for hostels; 90% of the people prefer PGs and rooms outside the campus.
Placements
Our Bangalore campus is a new branch of our parent college in Bangalore, so we don’t know the placement rate for our campus yet. But colleges in Bangalore have a good placement rate. The main companies are IBM, TCS, and Microsoft, as per the information from the office. The focus is on AI, cloud computing, and DevOps, with AI being taught to us
