The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Good quality food, good quality and hygienic food, Wi-Fi, RO Water, Volleyball court, Basketball Court, Badminton court, Cricket Ground.

The college has a girls' hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Good quality food, Wi-Fi, RO Water, Badminton court, Indoor Games (like carom, chess, ludo, etc.)

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has a Gym facility for the students. Faculty Club, Student Activity Center, and a gym facility inside the campus.

The college has a library facility for all students. Govt. Engineering College Bikaner in the Central Library Established Session 2000. First, the library is a small start. Central Library first all 5000 books to the library. The total no of books in the central library is something like one lakh. In Textbooks, Journals, microfilm, CDs, Reference books, etc. Periodicals and Journals are available in the central library within 24 hours. A special book collection section has also been established in the central library. It includes books on Hindi literature, Rajasthan books, the history of Rajasthan, cultural books, and some special books. CD-ROM database collection in the central library is also present.

The college provides excellent sports infrastructure and emphasizes student participation in various outdoor and indoor games and field sports. Extensive and well-laid-out fields for sports and games are available on the campus, such as a Cricket pitch, volleyball court, Kabaddi ground, Badminton court, Basketball court, gymnasium, and Table Tennis hall.] Also, some indoor games like Chess, Carom, and Ludo are available in the gym. To motivate students for extra and co-curricular activities.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. Operating system lab, Network system lab, Computer graphics lab, Linux os lab, Computer hardware lab, DBMS lab, etc.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a transport facility for students and staff. The bus fee will be refunded only within a one-month duration from the date of registration for the bus facility, and a 15% fee will be deducted. For a fee refund, the original fee receipt must be submitted otherwise fee won’t be refunded. The bus fee & bus card are not transferable. The bus card is compulsory for students to use the bus facility otherwise, they won’t be allowed to travel by bus.

The college has good networking for the alumni association. Because of their hard work and dedication, the students of our college have reached top positions in industries and academia. The T & P Cell obtains information and seeks support from alumni in facilitating the placement of present students. Alumni meets are to be organized to increase interactions between the past students and the present students. The T & P Cell offers lifetime assistance to our alumni for maintaining a strong bond of affection between the college and the alumni.

The college has a Wi-Fi facility for students and staff.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students. Analog Electronics Lab, Communication Systems Lab, Computer Vision Lab, Digital Electronics Lab, DSP & VLSI Design Lab, Embedded System Lab, etc.

The college is self-contained, having a computerized Bank named Oriental Bank of Commerce.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has a Training and Placement Cell, which is an integral part of the institute. The institute has provided complete infrastructure for the effective functioning of the cell. ECB is one of the few TCS-accredited colleges in the state of Rajasthan. The college has been the host of most of the industry luminaries for in-house training and placements of the students. Training activities are organized throughout the year to prepare the prospective students for the campus selection programs. The cell keeps on inviting various industries and reputed firms for campus recruitment. The cell is sensitized to function throughout the year towards generating placement and training opportunities for the students.

The college has the ‘Aims’ of the NCC laid out in 1988, which have stood the test of time and continue to meet the requirements expected of it in the current socio–economic scenario of the country. The NCC aims at developing character, comradeship, discipline, a secular outlook, the spirit of adventure, and ideals of selfless service amongst young citizens. Further, it aims at creating a pool of organized, trained, and motivated youth with leadership qualities in all walks of life, who will serve the Nation regardless of which career they choose. Needless to say, the NCC also provides an environment conducive to motivating young Indians to join the armed forces.
