Government Engineering College Patan, takes admissions to undergraduate programmes in the field of engineering and architecture. Candidates need to meet the GEC Patan eligibility criteria in order to be eligible for GEC Patan admissions. For GEC Patan admission to B.E, candidates have to appear for the GUJCET  entrance exam. 

GUJCET is conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). Later, the GUJCET counselling will be conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). GEC Patan B.E Admission Procedure 2025

• Candidates have to meet the required eligibility criteria for GEC Patan B.E admission.

• Eligible candidates have to register for the entrance exam GUJCET, by entering the required details and paying the application fee.

• Then, candidates need to fill out the application form and upload the scanned photograph and signature in the prescribed format. 

• Candidates have to appear for the entrance exam- Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET), which is conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB).

• The GEC Patan cutoff list is released.

• Candidates need to register for GUJCET counselling conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC).

• During the registration process for the counselling, the candidates have to mention their preference for GEC Patan.

• Further, the counselling process confirms choice locking and seat allotment. 

• Final admission is offered on the basis of entrance exam score, choice filling, choice locking, seat allotment, document verification and admission fee payment.
