• Eligible candidates need to fill the online application form of DCECE by entering the required details, uploading the requisite documents and paying application fee. 

• Registered candidates are issued a DCECE admit card which can be downloaded from the official website. 

• Candidates need to appear for the offline entrance examination conducted by the Government of Bihar. 

• DCECE results are declared in the form of a rank card in online mode. The DCECE result includes important details like the roll number, marks obtained by the candidate in the exam, and qualifying status.

• The authority conducts DCECE counselling in online mode. Candidates are required to register for the counselling. After successful registration, candidates need to enter and lock choices from the available options in the order of preference.

• Candidates who are allotted Government Polytechnic Bhojpur are required to report at the institute within the stipulated time and pay admission fee to secure their seat.
