see you need to directly contact with college authority for management quota admission, since it varies time to time, most of the government college takes admission based on entrance exam score and rank, but most of the private colleges has management quota, I have given a link below where
You haven't mentioned any college for which you are enquiring about. Since you have tagged Government Polytechnic, Nagpur, I'm answering based on that. The fees for boys hostel was Rs. 550 in the year 2019. It can increase a little this year, maybe Rs. 600.

College Infrastructure
Classrooms are well maintained and also there are facilities available for the students . All the necessary equipments and laboratories are available in the college for the students to grow their skills and build their caree. Infrastructure is also good which have beautiful and healthy environment to learn new things an skills library and laboratories are also available for in the college for students to learn AND Increase their knowledge.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure structure of college is average. The facilities are also good. Classrooms are well maintained and cleaned. Most of books is available in the libraries. College compound is fully WiFi all types of sports kits and ground also available in college yes the living space are neat and clean.
