GNIT Ibrahimpatnam offers B.Tech degree in nine branches of engineering, namely Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and Cyber Security. The duration of B.Tech courses is four years. The college also offers lateral admission to B.Tech courses for diploma holders and B.Sc. graduates.

• The admission to B.Tech courses is based on the rank obtained in TS EAMCET entrance examination conducted by the Government of Telangana.

• Qualified candidates can participate in the online counselling process, conducted by the Convener, Admissions, on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).

• Registration is done online, with payment of the counselling fee also made through online mode.

• The candidates have to fill their choices of colleges and courses according to their preference and rank.

• Document verification is carried out at designated helpline centres.

• Seat allotment is based on rank, preference, and seat availability.

• Allotment orders can be downloaded and candidates must report to their allotted college within the stipulated time.

• The candidates have to pay the tuition fee and confirm their admission at the college.

• Admission to B.Tech (Lateral Entry) courses is based on the rank obtained in TS ECET entrance examination conducted by the Government of Telangana.

GNIT Ibrahimpatnam offers M.Tech degree in two specialisations, namely Computer Science & Engineering and Embedded Systems. The duration of M.Tech courses is two years. The college also offers an MBA degree and the duration of the course is two years.

• The admission to M.Tech courses is based on the score obtained in GATE or TS PGECET entrance examination conducted by the Government of Telangana.

• The candidates have to follow the same steps as mentioned above for B.Tech courses.
