The college has a medical facility. Due care has been taken for the health and small injury of the students.

The college Library houses nearly 3000 volumes of books which enables the students in their study and research. An online journal database with a link to the reputed publications is also available. The spacious reading area lends a calm and comfortable atmosphere for students and faculty members to pursue excellence in academics. The library is equipped with all modern facilities.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college Computer Center has a number of High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters and high-end windows labs with various Application Software. Computer Center supports an institute-wide 1000Mbps fiber optic that connects all the academic departments. The Internet is provided with a high-speed dedicated internet link. Well-equipped and latest configured computers and support peripheral available in computer laboratories for updating the IT skills of the students.

The college cares for student's health and for that the college provides healthy food for all the students as well as staff members on the college campus to keep them healthy. The college has a large capacity area for canteen staff. So as much as more students can access canteen premises at a time.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college provides a Bus facility for the transportation of college students. The college has its own fleet of buses connecting the campus with different points of Bhavnagar city for the benefit of the students and staff at nominal fares. The route with pick-up and dropping points is given when students avail of transportation.

The College has well-equipped laboratories to teach the basics of engineering functions to the students. All the basic equipment needed for the fundamentals of engineering like fitting and assembly, carpentry, welding, foundry, etc are available. Gyanmanjari Employability Performance Scale (GEPS) card is issued to every student of GMIT and overall performance which contains academic performance, SDP performance, Co and extra curricular activity performance, Technical and non-technical event participation etc. are carefully tracked and maintained regularly in order to map employability of student. Many times, recruiters choose students from GEPS data base of department.
