For admission to Commerce and Arts courses in Delhi University,  best of marks in the four subjects is calculated and for science courses, marks of three subjects (PCM/PCB) are usually calculated.

Your aggregate marks of the best four subjects (including english) should meet the required cutoff for admission

DU calculates cutoff differently for different courses. Like for any life science program, PCB is taken into consideration while that for physical science PCM is taken into consideration.
