Sorry to say that but based on your percentage,it will be difficult for you to get a seat in DU but if you have any sports certificate of atleast state level then you might get a seat in DU,otherwise you can take admission in Delhi University school of open learning.i hope this information helps you.

Yes you can get BA Hons in DU on basis of your rank, but there are less chances of BA Economics Hons. Rest you can wait for the second cutoof which is to be released soon.

If you are getting admission in first city off then you have to take admission in 19-21 ...if you did not take  admission then there will be issues

Yes there will be 2.5% deduction if you are from diffrent stream.

and just to let you know cut off  in  for political science are very high.
