candidate should have passed in 10+2 with the relevant subject. And An aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination.

As you have you not  specified your category here, the cutoffs of various categories according to previous years trends are as follows:

General: 97.75
OBC : 96.75
SC: 95.25
ST : 94.0
PWD: 90.25
Kashmiri Migrants: 89.25
EWS: 97.25
As you can see these are the previous year cutoff, the admission into this this college will depend upon this year's cutoff and it can vary also.
You should try your best to get good marks to get admission into this college as the cutoff is high for it.

Delhi University is one of the most prestigious colleges in India. Student Short form DU has all courses from all streams.

Bsc Mathematics has huge scope in coming years. The concept of Big Data is lined up.

There is no such discrimination to any state board now. DU removed this state board system in 2019 giving equal opportunities to students from all states. What used to happen was that if you haven't studies english in 12th and have studies your state language there was a deduction of 1.5% from your best of four score. But now that is not there.

The cutoff for science courses is quite low as compared to other courses in commerce and arts. Following condition need to be fulfilled to calculate your best of four score-

1) Maths is a compulsory subject to be included in the BOF

2) English marks have to be included in best of four.

3) 50% marks n Maths

4) 45% marks overall

So after combining all these you will get your best of four score. In 2019 the cut off for Hindu College was 97.75% and all the seat were filled in first cut off itself. it was closed throughout . So the competition for Hindu College is quite high as you can see. But there are other colleges also like Hansraj, Kirori Mal, Sri Venkateswara College in which this course is a reputed one. You should keep your goal as 96% (Best of Four) which can easily get you admitted in a top college in DU.
