Hello Aspirant,
Hindu College is one of the top colleges of Delhi University and hence there is more competition and fight for it. Therefore cut-off score for this college also goes quite high. As you are asking for B.Com (Hons.) and you belongs to Gen-EWS category so your percentage should be around 96% or more than it, then you can have fair chances of getting the college in your required course.
Note that the above prediction is based on previous years' cut-off trend, as cut-off for this year has not been released and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

Hey Rituraj!
First of all- congratulations on getting such good marks in your boards.
Now, as far as your selection in the top colleges of DU is concerned you will need to give me some more information as in your category, caste, stream etc. Also, since this year most students from cbse and isc have got higher than expected marks the cutoff will likely go up in these colleges.
The best way to check your probability of finding whether you will get a admission in the above said colleges is to use https://university.careers360.com/delhi-university-college-predictor

Within its walls, students find well-equipped classrooms, lecture halls, and seminar rooms conducive to the exchange of knowledge
The college has a very nice infrastructure. New buildings and classrooms are being constructed. The classes are ac facilated and have projectors for presentations. Also, the auditorium is huge, well constructed and very well designed (best auditorium of all the north campus colleges)
The college infrastructure is really good, all the rooms in the department have ACs. Cleanliness is maintained in the college. The college canteen is properly maintained now, all the necessary facilities are there in the college.
