Hey dear, if wee see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were unable to get a govt. Mbbs seat, so with this score you won't get a govt. Mbbs seat but definitely get a private mbbs seat but with high fee in u.p.

With a score of 221 out of 720, you can surely be considered as NEET qualified. All of the students getting marks above the cut off score (which was 134 for general category last year) are eligible for admissions in Private Medical Colleges.
