As you know the cut off  will be different for Home state candidates and other state candidates(AIQ). For AIQ government medical colleges

• Dr. RML hospital, New Delhi = 561-GN, 16,805-SC, 24,632-ST, 1,034-OBC, 851-EBC candidates.
• Lady Hardinge medical college for women, New Delhi = 489-GN, 94,468-GN-PWD, 5,941-SC, 12,223-ST, 851-OBC

Technically, that is not a possibility anymore. This is because NEET is the National Level sole entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. Even to study MBBS abroad, you need to qualify in NEET. The closest you can get is atleast score qualifying marks
