Dear Akash, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, the cut offs for various Categories in 2018 under State Quota for Assam have been as follows:

General Category: 420

OBC: 325

ST: 343

ST hILL: 217

Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors

The main certificates that any universities will demand are the following:

1) 10th or equivalent mark sheet

2) 12th or equivalent mark sheet

3) transfer certificate from the respective school/institution

4) nationality/community for reservations

5) income certificate of the parents if you are looking for fee waivers etc.
