Let alone chhatisgarah , in any part of India for admitting into a medical college you'll have to give the NEET exam. Starting from this year , the exam is being conducted by NTA. Your admission to MBBS AIIMS and JIPMER college seats will totally depend on your NEET rank. Considering your rank you'll get a medical college depending on the merit list.
