Whatever you have achieved in sports will be appreciated. But you have to pass in NEET exam to get a seat in medical colleges in India. So prepare well for neet exam. Then you will be given preference based on the reservation. Attend the counselling for that.

Usually physical fitness certificate will be required by the admission conducting institution as an eligibility criteria. Competition exams especially require medical certificate for the jobs also. You can get by checking your body in a health centre.

For some minor eye problems, there is a chance to get selected. But for major, you are not eligible for the selection process i.e. you might get failed in the medical test for Air Force.

The competition is tough. So, try to score more than 500.

The exact cut off couldn't be predicted. But to be on safer side, you should score 550 to 560 + for admission in M S Ramaiah in MBBS.
