Unfortunately no. NEET is the only medical entrance examination for admisstion to MBBS just not in India but also abroad. Previously we had JIPMER and AIIMS but they have been scrapped in favour of a single entrance examination across the country. NEET remains to be the only single entrance exam.
Rohan, Medicine and Engineering are 2 different fields with different outcomes. And the qualification to study these 2 courses is different too. The entrance examination required to get admission to these 2 courses is different as well. And in India, we do not have a Medical cum Engineering college yet.
