Dear Bhargav, we do not have 2019 data yet. And AP MBBS seats are categorised into 3 areas namely AU, OU and SVU. In 2018, under the State Quota, the cut offs for these 3 areas have been as follows:

AU: 533

OU: 526

SVU: 517

cut off marks depends on students category and it has different cut off list for all india counselling and state counselling. we dont have 2019 cutoff marks for neet till now. however you can know about 2018 neet cutoff from below link

There are some certificates which as it's validity period. if you provide any document which has crossed the validity then you will be rejected then and there. So don't get lazy or it will cost you your career.
