You need to appear for NEET and secure a seat in Karnataka State Counselling for getting a seat in St. John's. It is a Private Medical College which means you have to participate in their State Counselling because Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. The basic NEET eligibility criteria apply here as well.
