You need no to worry about the same. As you have aggregate of 50% or above marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and have a valid score in the NEET, then there will be no problem at all during admission procedure in any of the government or private

FMGE has no restrictions per se regarding the mark sheets. What is important is you complete your primary Medical Educational Qualification from a recognised University and then have the required documents which are evidence of your Medical qualification. So your 12th marks lists with Biology as an additional marks sheet
