regarding your query, it looks like GMERS, Gujrat is a group of semi private colleges who do not offer All India Quotas for admission.

What I mean by that is Gujrat has 85% medical seats reserved for state domicile students and 15% for All India in their Government medical

Things are a little different in Canada, they don't have a bachelor's in medicine degree. That means that to take admission in Canada you'll have to complete your undergraduate degree first and then you can apply for MD there. But, mostly international candidates don't get into medical schools
