The college campus is spacious with well maintained greeney and experimental farms. It has basic lab facilities, a decent library and classrooms equiped for learning. However, some labs and infrastructure could be upgraded with modern equipment and better digital tools . Hostel and canteen facilities are average .
Academic are well structured , with experienced faculty who focus on both theory and practical knowledge. The curriculum covers all essential aspects of agriculture and students are encouraged to take part in seminars , training, program and fieldwork. Teaching quality is generally good .
Placement opportunities are moderate. While not many companies visit the campus , students are supported for government exams, higher studies, and agriculture related careers . The placement cell is active but could more recruiters from the agri- industry
College is not only recognised for academic excellence but also for its affordability making it one of the most accessible higher education institutes in the India .Cost of course is moderate. One can easily afford it . The affordable fees structure allows students from diverse economic background to pursue education quality.
Campus life is vibrant, diverse and enriching. The university is known for it discipline and dynamic environment that fosters academic focus along side holistic development. University offers wide range of club students organisation and events the keeps the campus buzzing through out the year.
College was very big. labs, classrooms and libraries present along with a Wi-Fi facility. Indira College is one of the top colleges in Maharashtra and it has an A grade in NAAC. This college has good infrastructure. A good hostel is available and medical facilities are available 24X7. Sports are organised by our college every year. All take participation in this event.
The teachers here are helpful and qualified as most of them have published their own book on their own respective subject. Thus the teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is somewhat relevant, and mostly it makes students industry-ready.
Almost 60% to 70% of students got placed from our course. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The average salary package offered was 6 LPA. TCS, Veritas, Infosys, Cognizant and L&T are the top recruiters for our course. About 50% of students got internships.
In our college, there are 4 well-maintained labs for practicals as well as for exams. Lab staff members are very supportive. In our college, about 300 beds are available in the hostel. The fee of the hostel is quite high. For the fee of Rs. 75,000, our college provides daily breakfast, morning tea with biscuits, lunch, evening tea and dinner for one year.
The faculty members of our course are very much intelligent and experienced. The teaching quality is one of the best in our course. Computer engineering is one of the best courses provided by ICEM. Faculty members are very experts in programming languages, which helps me now in my industry.
Placements were provided by our college. So many companies are visited the college every year. TCS and Infosys are major recruiters. More than 500+ students are placed in 2025 placements. Average package is between 6-8LPA.
The infrastructure of the college is not good. The campus is located very far from the city. College is located in a very poor village. There is no proper playground. There are very few classrooms. Half of the campus is under construction. There is only one building, and there are very few rooms available for hostels. The Wi-Fi speed is very low. The food served in the canteen is very bad.
Faculty members in the college are good. They are helpful, but they are not well trained. Their teaching skills are not up to the mark. You have to do almost everything on your own. There are only a few faculty members available in the civil department. The course curriculum was useful, but it lacks field experience.
Placements for senior batch were good. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Many companies like GKN Sinter Metals, Finolex, Flex, etc., visited the campus for placements. Roles of graduate trainee were offered to students. Almost 80% of the students got placed, and the rest got jobs through their own sources.
We have clean classrooms and toilets. The college has projector facilities in every classroom. The college is good, but I have some issues with traveling, it is very tough during exam time. The college provides a bus facility, but it is not affordable. The canteen and lab facilities are good.
Teachers are helpful and good all the time, but when the submission phase comes, their behavior totally changes. They get a higher level of attitude during submission time. However, in that college, two teachers are my favorites, Vikas Nandgaonkar and Sunil Rathod Sir. They are the best teachers in the full college.
About 25% of students get placed in college. But some are selected by companies but don't get the offer letter. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA, the average package is 5-6 LPA, and the highest package is 24 LPA. Juspay is a very skilled company offering roles in data analysis, frontend, and backend
There are many festivals organized in college every year. Every festival is celebrated with immense joy. There is a teach fest like a hackathon for computer nerds. The library is huge and has every book needed, and the classrooms are well-ventilated. Yes, we have a hostel on campus; it is more affordable than private hostel food charges, which are also included in hostel fees.
The course curriculum is well-managed; you have all the necessary subjects in MCA that you need to skill up before entering the outside corporate world. I chose MCA. I am always interested in software. We had about 4-5 teachers for our 70-student batch. We had term-end exams for every semester
From the 2nd semester itself, students are eligible for placement companies like Capgemini, Godrej, Infosys, Wurth-it, and TCS, which visit very often and make a good number of offers. The average package is around 4 LPA for freshmen, or about 80–90% of students placed. Unfortunately, no good companies come for internships; most students receive jobs directly.
The rooms are clean and nice and have all the amenities that we need, including a washing machine, geyser, and WIFI. The mess food is average but good compared to other hostels. The college has fields for volleyball, football, and cricket
The faculty to be very supportive, especially when it came to exams. They provided detailed knowledge of previous questions and were always willing to help. The curriculum is very relevant, and the teachers for DSA and OOPS were very knowledgeable and nice. The practicals were very informative, and there were many computers available for practice
I graduated during a recession, and about 60% of my batchmates were placed. The highest package was from Veritas for a support engineer role, at 12 LPA. The average package was around 3.5-4 LPA. Several companies offered good packages and roles, including Crelio Health, Worldline, Kylas, and KPIT.
To be honest, college canteen food (same food is served to hostelers) is better than I had in other colleges; Wi-Fi is available; and the classroom and library are good. I don't really know about medical facilities and games; Wi-Fi is only available for hostel students but obviously everything is known, even though no one tells.
Staff are good as long as you are good to them. You have to complete your assignments on time; they are not that strict, but if you don't listen to them, it may reflect on your marks. But since college is going anonymous now, that doesn't really matter.
For the mechanical branch this year, only 2 students got placed as the recession period was there, but there are a lot of companies visiting this college, there are good placements for other branches and it will definitely be better in the coming years for the mechanical branch also. The college is going to be autonomous.
Infrastructure is good. Our college infrastructure is such a productive infrastructure, and I'm sure whenever you see that, you think about it, and also you're glad. And another thing is the hostel is good. Hostels are available for boys and also girls.
The faculty is good, supportive, and very helpful. They provide us what we want and what we ask for, and they will always be there for us. I personally like their nature as a student. And another thing is the exams are very strictly conducted in college.
In our college, 80-85% of students are placed this year. And in the future there are some improvements you'll see. The highest package in our college is 27 lakhs CTC. Last year, CS student cracked this in a campus interview. The average package is 8 lakhs something.
The course and the syllabus of the first year are good, as the institute is autonomous. This year, there is a slight change in the pattern and syllabus. The Wi-Fi facility is not that good. The classrooms' infrastructure is well-maintained. The library facility is also very good, and the maintenance of books is good
The teachers are very supportive and helpful in everything. As the institute is autonomous now, you will not face much difficulty in passing. The teaching quality is good, and you may find some problems in some subjects initially, but later it will be easier. Attendance is strictly 75% compulsory.
Placements are good in this college. As a mechanical student, I think it's a better college for placements. In my course, about 80% of students were placed last year. The highest package in CS was 24 LPA, and the average is 9-11 LPA, which is pretty good. Many companies visit the campus, e.g., Amdocs, Persistent, TCS, etc.
Rakshit, your percentile is quite low, so there are no chances to get into top colleges at all.
As per previous years records, you can join following colleges
1. MAEER MIT college of engineering pune
2. Shree Chanakya Edu. Society’s Indira School Of Business Studies, Tathwade
3. Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Mumbai
4. Durgadevi Saraf Institute of Management Studies, Malad (W), Mumbai
