In IGIMS Patna., the cutoff rank in 2019 for general category is 8979. You might get or not depends upon 2020 cutoff.

what is facility of security for students in igims patna

Hii Aman!
Though there have been Some protests in the past regarding the availability of armed guards in IGIMS Patna, the security is quite fine for students. There are guards outside the hostels, available 24/7. No big issue as such has been reported related to this issue.
