, If you want to know about the IGIMS Patna college that it is deemed college or government college then from some research on internet I found that Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Science is a government college.

If we consider the previous year cutoffs for these colleges , then you need a minimum score of 550 to get a seat in any of these colleges. Since you have marks much more than this , youhave very high chances if getting a seat in these colleges .

With 624 marks your overall percentile is 99.58-100, and expected rank is 2907-4557(remember your exact rank might differ), now in 2019 through state quota 615 marks with respective rank of 4836 secured a seat in Patna Medical College and 605 marks with respective rank of 6733 secure a seat

You have not mentioned the category you belong to, so I am assuming you from general category

The cutoff differs every year so it is not possible to say you may get rank into the college or not..
In IGIMS Patna., the cutoff rank in 2019 for general category is 8979. You might get or not depends upon 2020 cutoff.
