The infrastructure of the college is very nice, and is one of the greenest college. Proper hygiene and sanitation are ensured, both in the college and hostels. The quality of the food served is also good, and the classrooms are well furnished. Facilities provided by the college are quite good
I am persuing Bcom hons. The quality of teaching is quite imlressive. The syllabus is updated as per the guidelines of the University of Delhi. Faculty is highly professional and experienced. They are experts in their subjects.
I don't know much about it since I'm a fresher. But keeping everything in mind, it must be good too as I have came to know about it. The college also has a placement cell (J.E.E.T). This helps the students to know about the available opportunities
I paid Rs 28000 for Bcom hons. I feel it is worth the money as the college provides a lot of facilities.
Being a fresher I can't explain the campus life well since I don't have much exposure. But as the seniors say the campus life is really nice
The college's infrastructure in amazing. The beautiful campus and the greenery around is so fascinating. The campus is wifi-enabled and the tables and chairs are well maintained. The living space is clean and the food is very hygeinic
I am pursuing B.com( hons.) And the teachers for the course are very cooperative. The way of teaching is appreciable and the doubts are cleared on a regular basis. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.
The placement cell of the college is very active and we are provided with ample opportunities for internships and skill development. The highest salary package offered was approx 18 lakhs/ annum. The placement cell helps a lot in getting a good placement
The fees for my course was Rs.28100/ year and yes, I feel that i am getting my money's worth because of the amazing facilities and opportunities available.
College infrastructure is exceptionally good. College have gardens with beautiful herbs, shrubs and trees. It is all green and clean around. There is a nice library , sports centre and a gym and many more.
I am srudying bcom hons. There are excellent teachers for each subject and they are quite supportive . Teachine is quite satisfactory ànd teachers take extra classes for doubt solving wherr one is free to ask any doubt.
Placements are excellent. Many reputed companies come for campus placement. Students get placed to highly reputed companies with decent salaries . There is a placement cell which works exceptionally well in this section.
It is worth the money one pays.
excellent
Ipcw has one of the best infrastructures in DU. The garden and buildings are a sight for photography and they are well maintained also. The college looks like a white marble castle. The library, canteen and hostel facilities are also good.
Arts courses are brilliant and academics for commerce and science is also good. Faculty is nice and experienced. But the college is a little strict academic wise so it depends on you whether you want a little more freedom or not.
Almost all DU colleges have average placement of 3-4 Lacs. But the placement cell of ipcw is really active, internships are also floated from the first year itself. And for placements some big companies like Deloitte, EY, DE Shaw comes, and they offer a pretty good package of 5-6 Lacs and some students even managed to get 10+ lac packages.
The annual fee is only 23000. Though it's a bit high as compared to other DU colleges but still the infrastructure is good so it doesn't really matter.
Ipcw is a bit isolated from north campus, though it's not that far but still it has less inter college events and activities.
Infrastructure is good.College has gardens, parks and many birds like peacock. It does provide all facilities needed in an institution. College environment is green and hush greeneey around. It also has wifi access.
I am pursuing bcom hons and i find the teachers, staff and faculty helpful and supportive. They are also enthusiastic to teach the students and also they are experienced. They have profound knowledge...
Depends on the students and whether they are interested in in work after graduatiin or further studies. Most people go for further studies because of the quality of education imparted and it creates further curiosity.
My course (bcom hons) costs around Rs. 28000 per year and yes it is expensive than other colleges of DU.Many students dont opt for this college because of its expensive nature.Facilities provided are worth.
Students have a lot of facilities like sports, grounds, library. But ut doesnt have much of a campus life. Also it is quite faraway than the main campus and it takes 10 minutes to reach there.........
Good. Feel good. Plants all around. And hostel. Beautiful building. Sports and co curriculum activities space is provided. Very big historic building with multiple rooms. Clean hygiene well maintained. Library is full of books of all types.
Good. Teachers are supportive Clear doubts. Take extra lectures. No hurry. Provide notes. Friendly teachers. Many options given. All arts , commerce subjdcts are taught. Study environment provided. Lucky .
Good. Nice internship provided Needed exposure given. Time to time internship are provided by placement cell of college jeet.. Many new things we learn. Both paid and social services internship are provided.
Indraprastha college for women has such a beautiful campus. I like spending my time here. It has peace and calmness all over. Green vegetation makes the environment fresh and refreshing. Classrooms are well ventilated as well.
I am persuing B.com hons. Faculty is very supportive and encouraging. Although I must say the options available for dse are very limited. Sometimes we dont want to opt particular subject but than we have no choice but to opt one. Otherwise its good.
Placements are average this year. I believe this is because of covid that not much companies are approaching us. Avg package is around 5 -6 lakhs and not beyond that. Only few good companies visit the campus this year.
My course is almost 25k pr year excluding the cost of living which is good as per the value I am getting.
Yes , the infrastructure , facilities and equipments all are present in my college. Yet i haven't went to the college due pandamic situtaion occuring in current period. I Have only seen it on online but as i have heard about the college there are all the facilities . And it also has best infrastructure facilities and greenery as compared to other colleges of delhi unviersity . I will rate it 4 out of 5.
I am studying bcom (hons.) 1st year. I am studying bcom hons. So as to get proper eductaion and to work with best companies and get better future . Upto now we are having online classes only and the teaching is good but as we know online teaching has its own diadvantages which creates problem for understanding the topics but teachers does their best . Yes i think it is updated and includes all recrnt developments in the feild. I think so it makes us job ready . I will rate it 4 out of 5
College has average placement qualities . Students get the placement and the salary package is around 4 lpa . Yet i have not gone for placement as the colleges are not open yet but i guess college is supportive for the placements.
Cost of b com hons. Per year is 28000 which is only the fees to be paid to the college . As it is online mode so only the fees which has been paid yet. No , i don't think as we are getting many problems due to online mode.
As we haven't went to the college so i don't have seen the college campus but i have heard about it that campus is very good. Students enagage in many activities and has many societies and eco club etc. Location is goof and it is safe. Also can handle thr emergrncies.
College experience i have not yet experienced but i think it will be very good and we will enjoy a lot our college life . As the campus of out college is good.
The college infrastructure is outstanding and I think its one of the best college in terms of infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Our college has a swimming pool as well as a gym. The canteen and food is average and there isn't much in the menu. The entrance of the college provides a magnificent view and we could see peacocks, cheerful birds and many species of flora and fauna in our college grounds. There is a large ground at the back side of the college and three lawns at the front.
I am a B.Com Honours student and currently, I am in 4th sem. The quality of teaching is average and there is no diversity of teachers as the teachers keep repeating in all the semesters with different subjects. Some teachers put great efforts in their teaching but some aren't much good in it. You need to study a few subjects on your own. The attendance issue becomes quite bothersome. The curriculum is updated and is quite useful in making us job ready.
I have no experience of placements yet but as far as I have listened about it from my seniors, the placements are average. We have a placement cell called JEET and it provides internship opportunities om regular basis through instagram handle and whatsapp groups but a very few good companies visit our college during placement time, prominent among them being Deloitte, EY, etc. and these too for Bcom H students. The placement cell organises seminars and workshops to make students placement ready.
Being a 2022 batch student, I have not experienced much campus life as I had spent only 1 year in college. The first year of college is not quite productive as you need to adjust to the new environment and you are way more worried about opportunities, attendance and societies to join. There isn't much to do in the first year. So, my campus life was not up to my expectations, infact it was nowhere near average.
I haven't been to the college due to covid, but from what I can see in the photos and videos, it seems pretty good. It is beautiful with plants all around! The building are white and a treat to look at!
I chose to graduate from this college because it has amazing ratings for the course. The faculty is amazing, their teaching skills are very nice. Even during covid, they didn't leave any stone unturned.
Since I am a first year student I don't know much about it. But the placement cell is really active, it started its recruiting process soon in the first semester with the orientation and everything. I have heard that majority of students get placed.
The course costs around 28k per year and I feel that it is totally worth it.
I haven't been to the college to experience the campus life, but from what I have heard from the seniors, it's great and I can not wait to experience it
Dear applicant it's great that you have so many options, however among all of them I would suggest you to choose Indraprastha College for Women, this college has great academic record, all the necessary facilities to make you feel comfortable and you will be under the guidance of very helpful faculties.

3. societies of your choice
4. Faculty
i would say Gargi and JMC are both good. You can choose either of them
