      • If allotted a seat, reporting to NITMAS for document verification and admission.</P>

      For Lateral Entry (WBJEE JELET):

      • Register and appear for the WBJEE JELET examination.
      • Qualify with a valid JELET rank.
      • Participate in the lateral entry admission counselling.
      • Complete the admission process at NITMAS, if selected.

      B.Tech programmes that Institute of Technology & Marine Engineering offers consist of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Information Technology. Institute of Technology & Marine Engineering admission to all B.Tech courses is only through WBJEE and/or JEE Main. The electronic, communication, and computer engineering B.Tech. has a sanctioned intake of 60 students. For lateral entry into the 2nd year, admission is administered through WBJEE JELET.
