The training and placement department is one of the vital departments of the institute that projects the image of the institution to the outside world. The placement department at International Polytechnic, Bhubaneswar is headed by a senior person with ample knowledge in the similar domain to train and familiarise the students and staff with all the requirements. Besides arranging the statutory vocational summer training, the training and placement department also conducts technical as well as non-technical seminars. The department is well-equipped with the necessary infrastructure for conducting its activities. The department also arranges pre placement training of the students. This is done through adequate attention towards communication skills, english language capability, personality development, logical reasoning, quick arithmetic, group discussions, personal interviews, etc.
