IPS College of Technology and Management, Gwalior Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a three-storied centrally air-cooled building with a capacity of 180 beds, equipped with a modular kitchen, recreation room, wi-fi premises, round-the-clock security, power backup, and continuous water supply located on the campus. The hostel provides the students with a home away from home with facilities like a hot shower, cold and safe drinking water, and other essential services. Each room is provided with beds, tables, chairs, and a cupboard.

The college has a secure, comfortable building in the heart of the city opposite RKVM, Univesity Road, which serves as a girl's hostel with spacious and centrally air-cooled rooms, safe drinking water, wi-fi premises, round-the-clock security, and a power backup system.

The college policy is to provide first aid support if someone is injured or becomes unwell on College premises, or whilst engaged in activities associated with Academic Life. The Prime objective is to attend to an incident on campus within 3 minutes of help being requested during normal working hours and within 10 minutes at other times. Pre-hostel care facilities are available at the Institute of Professional Studies-College of Pharmacy for all students and employees. Beds are also available for initial care in emergency cases. The Health Centre is ready for emergency paramedic services with fully trained emergency technicians. Departments are responsible for organizing first aid provisions for their students, staff, and visitors to their department. Our emergency technicians provide pre-hospital care and ensure safe health. The health center is provided with first-aid boxes which include some of the common medications to manage common medical conditions. They would help to provide immediate relief to the students and workers.

The college has overall fitness development during competitions and regular strength training, IPS College has having multi-gym facility with all facilities i.e. Strength Training Zone and a well-equipped Machine Zone.

The college has a Library Collection (print and e-resources): The Library has a collection of more than 16500 textbooks covering 2600 titles, subscribing to about 100 print journals, and providing access to over 60 online full-text journals and several abstracting databases. Besides, there are several e-books. The collection consists of Books, back volumes of Periodicals, Theses, Conference Proceedings, Standards, Reports, Microforms, CD-ROM/DVD-ROM Databases, and Audiovisual materials.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has an Alumni Association that creates bondage between its students and the Institute. The association also helps in building a bridge between the Alumni and existing students, and the community at large. The college has only sports that take art from complete physical strength, and extensive technique to do correctly. It's those that push to the breaking point and refuse to break who will achieve greatness". The Institute has a swimming pool and a baby pool.
