JCET offers a number of B.E. programmes which include Medical Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. A total approved intake of 180 seats is there through these B.E. programmes: 60 seats each for mechanical and medical electronics and 30 seats each for computer science and electronics and communication engineering.
